Estimates
Estimates are determined by usage*. Images that will be used commercially: advertising, marketing or editorial, will follow industry standard rates. Events, family portraits and other private requests will be estimated based on location, shooting time, and related expenses, such as props, travel fees, etc.

Estimates will outline specifically your requests. Additional requests after the estimate has been approved may affect the estimate accordingly, at which time, your authorization will be required.

The authorized approver of the estimate will be responsible for paying on time and for any legal fees as a result of arbritation.

Cancellation
Please allow 3 days for cancellation for a full refund of your deposit.

 

 

Payment
Commercial assignments will require a Purchase Order from your company before any part of the assignment is initiated.

Private assignments will require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the estimated fee upon approval of estimate. The balance must be paid in full before images are released.

Invoices
Invoices will reflect the terms of the estimate exactly. A state tax will be added to your invoice.

© Copyright Notice
All images are licensed based on your usage request. Unless you purchase the buyout option, the photographer owns the image and will be able to re-sell image usage.

Model Release
A signed model release will be required prior to the shoot. Minor's (under 18 years of age) must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

*USAGE OPTIONS

Buyout
It means that you will own the © copyright for life. Under this arrangement, the photographer will only use these images for his own promotional purpose.

Limited Usage
Limited usage offers you the option to use images exclusively for a (mutually agreed) time limit.

Re-usage
This option means that you can keep buying usage as you go and the fees will be charged accordingly on a pay-per-use basis. It is the client's responsibility to contact the photographer prior to additional usage. This option applies only to commerical assignments.
